Matt Asi-Pasitoa | Director and Founder
Matt Asi-Pasitoa is the founder and director of TAUTUA by MA, a leadership coaching and supervision practice grounded in service, cultural wisdom, and evidence-based leadership development. Matt brings leadership experience across the NGO sector, church, and the transport logistics industry, and currently serves in senior leadership at SENZ Charitable Trust, supporting people into sustainable employment and training pathways. Through Equippers Church, Matt has served as a Youth Pastor, Worship Pastor, mentor, small group leader, musician and communicator, shaping his people-centred approach to leadership. He is passionate about helping leaders grow with integrity, clarity, and courage, and supporting teams to build healthy culture and strong systems. Matt lives in Auckland, New Zealand with his wife Esther and their daughter Ryan.
